Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • It must include original tags and packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vitta-gold.ca. 

Returns must be approved before sending. Once approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return your item
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping
    • A 15% restocking fee will be applied
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Store Drop-Off Option

We also offer a store drop-off option for returns. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
